Thought of e day: LOVE the right way...food for thought.

was on-ing the com..which would usually take abt 10mins or so before i can finally use it so i casually picked up the book lying on e table.."The Five Love Language for Singles"..

ok..it does sound abit weird n boring or even too old for moi to read BUT after flippin through a few pages..its lik so interesting!! really im not kidding. haha. here's some interesting stuff i read abt:

Two Stages of Romantic relationships
1. The obsessive stage - " Average lifespan of this stage of love is two years. During which we live under the illusion that the person with whom we are in love with is perfect..at least for us. Others see their flaws but we cannot. It all begins with what called "tingles." There's something abt the way the other person looks, e way he or she talks, the way he emotes, e way he carries himself that gives you a little tingle inside." an extract taken frm the section..

2. The convenant stage - "The obsessiveness we have had for each oterh begins to fade, and we recognize that there are other impt pursuits in life other in addition to pursuin each other. The illusions of perfection evaporates." .. " covenant love requires two factors: Knowledge or the nature of love and the will to love.

The problem is that by nature we tend to speak our own love language. That is, we express love to others in a language that would make us feel loved. But if it is not his or her primary love language, it will not mean to them what it would mean to us. Each person speaks his own languase and does not understand why the other does not feel loved. if we want the other person to feel loved, we must discover and learn to speak his/her primary love language.

Of the five love languages, each of us has a primary one. One of the five speaks more deeply to us emotionally than the other four. we can receive through all five, but if we don't receive our primary love language, we will not feel loved even though the person is speaking the other four."

The five are:
1. Words of affirmation
2. Acts of service
3. Gifts
4. Quality time
5. Physical touch

Which of these is ur primary love language??? *ponders*

If we learn to speak in other's love language..the world would probably be a much happier place=).

Thought of e day: sick...real sick

i tink this time i really did fell real sick... like since fri i wasnt feeling quite well liaoz.. ok let me narrate my horrible fever experience:

1. fri night slight fever 37.8
2. sat morn slight fever 37.7..went doc.. doc didnt give me antibiotics..juz some fever medicine.
3. sat afternoon much better..feeling quite ok.. thought was e end of whole thing but...
4. sat night slight fever again.
5. sun morn..high fever 38.7..nearly got brain dried... haha
6. sun afternoon it subsided..
7. sun night came back high fever 38.9 again..subsided in e wee hrs.
8. mon morn high fever 38.2..went see doc AGAIn..
9. after medication(antibiotics) ok liaoz!! finallyyy.. but body still v weak so doc suggest i shld rest one more day hence 2 days mc.
10. BUT...my throat still hurts like CRAAAAPPPPPPPP ...

terrible fever relapse cycle..... scary..many a times i thought i was goin to die...shivering in cold yet with a burning forehead.. eeeks.

thanks a BUNCH to *, miah, tampui, claire, rach, boon, chewyan, jill for wishin me get well soon/keepin me in prayers... LOVEEEsss.. tks pple.. im 80% towards full recovery=) and of cuz.. THANK GOD!!! *hugs Big Daddy*

ok..pretty much stayed at home n recover my immune system b4 i step bck to sch tmr..comserve day..quite slack..but got e stupid speech..ARGGHH...or else could hv gone out or smth..BOO! *coughs coughs* oh n there's many make up lessons...SIAN LA!! *dies*

Thought of e day: FEVER-licious!!!

fever fever fever..sexyvoice sexyvoice sexyvoice.. twice in half a year i've got a 'sexyvoice'. wad is my body tryin to say? stress is takin its toll on me.. STOP, REST, RELAX!! don stress up debz..don stress up.

results suck so so bad for cts..ok for two subs..the rest i predict wont b too good either.

tis morn woke up with a high 38.7 fever.. felt lik i was boiling.. so helpless as the heat feeds on me.. i lie motionlessly in bed for hours with e cold towel on my forehead. tossing n turning, i tried to fall bck to slp. It was a hard attempt due to the heat in me. I HATE FEVER.

tks to those who kept me in their prayers or wished me get well soon. haha.

probably wont go sch tmr. eekks.

throat hurts like anything.. like a bull dozer is living in it.

was almost stoning half e time ytd while doin e proj...again had a fever alrdy ytd morning.. but survived through the maths va la. haha.

on n off feelingg...cold sweat...shivers..loss of appetite.. doesnt feel too good to me.

despite of the weak body, i still hv to crawl out of bed to do my work... shouldn't teachers be guilty of seeing me in this state?? sick yet still hv to pull thru mountatins of work.. cuz of e dumb amt of homework needed to be done by mon n tues. and i still hv to on my com n do the stupid journal log. IM SICKKKKKKKKK.... somebody pity me.... =(

i hv enough to worry about..i hv too much tings to overlook.. im sorry for the harsh attitude towards u.. im jus too concerned..AND disappointed.. i tried many times to guide u along...yet each time failed.. i cant anymore.. im tired.. enough is enough. it's fine with me absolutely if u choose not to tell me.. it just lightens my burden and disappointment. thanks alot. i noe it hurts u.. U DONNOE IT HURTS ME TOO..more than it does to u.

BORINGGG....bleah.

hmmm.. went for choc makin n Shatec ytd.. choc makin was kinda crappy.. only 'made' some choc snacks towards the last 1/2 hr of the course.. which totally bored me out. Shatec was kinda fun..learnt some cool stuff=) food was okkkk nia.. not v fab.

oh man..e.w is gg to end soon which totally sucks again.

oh n i forgot to update on our lil outing wif ning n claire. met the two girls on one sat..walked ard n stuff.. den ning need to go lerr*boo*.. so claire n i decided to call up rach n force her to come up asap. hahaa. but she complied so yayness. watched transformers and its TOTAL FABBBBBB!!! great show=) oh b4 our movie..we had a lil gossipin session n intimate sharin of secrets...shhh.. cannot let e world noe. err.. oh n while gg DOWN e escalator..while i was smsing.. guess who we saw ON THE OPP SIDE where e escalator was gg UP...? PX, CEN n JUANG! ahh. claire spotted them tho. went to look for them for a tiny 10mins.

hmm Harry potter is nxt week! wheee. TO CLAIRE N NINGNONG: shall we watch it on the 14th july?????? RSVP.

ok tdy is another boring day..kinda ironic cuz its a sat.. ahhh..

Ok let's talk abt ytd night aka Radi8 : errr.. worship was kinda ok..e msg was better.. jill brought mark to youth. camwhored alil with her n was commentin on her "as usual" facial expression. hahaha v funny. shu ai's hp is COOL.. feel lik changin mine. her stupid gasolina song was stuck in my head throughout supper. haha. ok nth much.. went home after tt wif sis. OH n ya.. ytd was the first time i saw MY OWN SISTER (she's living in the same hs as me) FOR THIS WEEK.. how nicee.. -.- ... i nv get to really see her much durin e week..="(..

Ok..i miss GLZW ALOTALOTALOT right now....sighh..*pouts*.... im sure u noe who's tt.

hmm suddenly i wonder.. who would cry for me or feel terribly depressed if i die now?? how many?? wad wld they do?? how wld it affect them?? big or small effect?? ok lame thought.. i don wanna die any sooner. i still wanna go out n made an impact on pple lik wad ps wil said we shld. ok im jus bored.

Sometimes.. i can just get so afraid..

HELLO PEOPLE! do u miss me!?? hahaha of cuz right..like DUHS. hahaha havent been updating much but loads of things hv been happening. haha. ok so i shall proceed to narrate my exciting eventful life.

Enrichment week has started on wed. went to some Officer Cadet School on wed morn. it was cool checking out what would the guys be facing during NS. hahaha. saw the standard obstacle course thingo..its kinda cool la but i tink its easier than i thought. haha. they also intro us to some weapons and arms that they're using..kinda cool but half e time it sounds lik french to me(im a girl so not v interestin on my part). well.. those officer cadets look really cool in their uniform.. haha.

had some presentation done by some people there.. showed us wad's for the guys when they hv to do their PT n the common punishments in army. haha so funny=P.

It was a warm warm day.. arghh.. kinda dehydrated me.. haha.

AFTER ALL THAT...... i went to meet SHU AI AKA TAMPUI at bugis!! n we were both late cuz i got back home late n she took the wrong side of train. PPfftss. it was a shopping day for us!! crazy good shopping!! THANKS GIRL!! thanks for the nice chatty atmosphere n all that catching up was Goood. went to bugis street n was attemptin to find jeans shop said by jill but cldnt even tho i called her up. BUT GUESS WAD!?? we walked ard shopping n EHH!? accidentally found tt shop!! which was NO WHERE near the place jill told us.....-___________-|||

bought a skinny black jeans for only lik $29 !!? tt's such a gd deal n yet it looks really nice. shu ai gt hers at another shop at $28.. ok fine.. 1 dou ler nia.

walked ard some more n we bought shirts! attitude tees. there's this tee that totally suits shu ai but she didnt wanna get it.. it says: " ALWAYS LATE BUT WORTH THE WAIT" its SOOOO HER!!!!!! hahaha. both tees at 10 dou lerr. i shall not say wad my tee writes...bleah. but its sooo true too. hehee.

left n went to far east. oh n i was puttin all my purchases in my bag cuz ytd was a NO PLASTIC BAGS day!! wahaha. so brought a big bag out.

oh n my shoppin list is:
1. skinnies (got it)
2. black cardigan (got it)
3. formal jacket
4. black vest
5. hot shorts
6. leggings

ok so.. i got my black cardigan from far east..quite nice..not bad.. quite cheap too. our legs were lik totally breakin while attemptin to find my black vest.. so we gave up n went to wheelock for dinner at FISH AND CO!! haha

i ate the peri peri catch.. wow i tell u..its SOOOOO GOOOOOOODDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yum yum.. shu ai ate prawn fettucini. its NIICEEE too!!!! so we were lik happily chatting away...nice girls chat. wahaha. shhhhs. oh n i wasnt full at the end of my maincourse(uh oh XD) so order the hot fudge choc cake.. wowwww.. SOOOOOO awesomeeeeee!! haha.

oh n jus b4 all e shops closed..we bought necklaces too! 5 dou ler.. buy 2 get 1 free. so there's a free one n donnoe what to do wif it..still under discussion. haha. so trained hme!

TDY... went for some performance.. A cappella.. den uni talks.. boring..

oh n I muz cut down my expenses!! spent 180 bucks for e month of July alrdy.. it hasnt barely started yet.. crapness..=(.. i'll probably eat air..

when i ____ u.. i will nv fail to treasure tt moment.. cuz im so afraid tt it will b e last time.. n it feels so sad tinkin it might be.. n it came to me tt u mean so much to me..
if i had a star for everytime u brighten my day...i would hv the galaxy in my hands..=)=)
Seeing ur smile...really really makes me smile from inside out.. just tt smile of urs alone..can really do wonders.
